ALT150 Ventilated cladding facade system allows to improve energy efficiency of a building and reduces costs for its maintenance, as well as creates more comfortable conditions for people. Well-thought-out construction of the system helps to extend maintenance-free service life of facades.

Due to a wide range of cladding materials available for ventilated facades, any building can have a unique design and still become a perfect fit for the architecture of any city.

This solution is intended for the mass construction segment and allows to fasten ceramic granite materials with dimensions of 1200 mm x 1200 mm.

The ALT FR76 doors are manufactured with the use of special five-chamber profile, and are indented to use as a fire resistant system:

• one/two leaf exterior opening doors with EIW30 and EIW60 fire endurance;
  
  

• all types of partitions with EIW45 fire endurance;

• 
  

• one/two leaf doors with perimeter locking and automatic threshold ™ EIW30 and EIW60 fire endurance.

Innovative five-chamber profiles consisting of 3 aluminium ™parts™ and connected with two pairs of thermal breaks have been designed specially for ALT FR76 system. The mounting depth of profiles is 76 mm. The possibility to install the infill units from 10 up to 48 mm allows to achieve high thermal and soundproof characteristics.

ALT BF73 Bi-folding patio doors will span the large openings and give the maximum of everyday comfort keeping your home warm and safe. Open-in or open-out options as well as folding to one or both directions help to meet any design requirements of your projects.

Due to polyamide thermal breaks and special gasket system as well as up to 44mm glazing option BF73 bi-folding doors will keep heat in and cold out.

• Functionality - SL130 sliding doors are engineered for large opening sizes of up to 3.2m x 3.3m per sash, excellent thermal performance (approved by thermal sumulations made by Intertek), outstanding acoustic performance, high security and weatherproofing.

• Create almost full-glass walls choosing from single-, double-, or triple track door configurations.

• ALT SL130 patio doors are available with Inviso concealed locking points as well as special burglar-resistant multipoint locking hardware kit.

Series SF450 is a commercial center glazed systems for exterior glazing ground floor applications or interior glazing when used as a low rise window wall system. Framing is mechanically jointed using self-tapping screws into integral splines extruded within the body of the section. Jointing is by butt joints with applied sealant to protect against water egress and to reduce air infiltration.

Installation:

• sill receptor allows for head of structural fasteners in subsill to be sealed prior to installing ladder panels.

ALT VR40 ventilation louvres are designed to decorate air conditioning systems. The system is easily integrated with various ALT systems.
