Advantages of our click panels
The Exolon Group's polycarbonate multiwall panels are easy to install, light and versatile by nature. They have a certified fire classification to assure safety when they are applied. They have a range of different advantages. For example, Exolon® PANEL 16, Exolon® PANEL 10 have a 3-wall structure that maximizes light transmission and a simple interlocking that doesn't need any joining element.
On the other hand, Exolon® PANEL 20 Plus 6P and 25 Plus 6P have a 6-wall structure to maximize thermal insulation and energy savings, with a thickness of 20 mm and 25 mm respectively.
In 40 mm, Exolon® Panel portfolio has products to increase light transmission, such as the 3P types. The 9P types maximize the thermal insulation, and products with optimized performances, like the 5PX, meet the various challenges of modern buildings.

Ample illumination at pleasant temperatures with ClimateControl solid polycarbonate sheets. For architects, designers and developers, transparency is the top priority in many projects and buildings. This also applies to roofing. However, direct sunlight creates (unpleasant) heat. To significantly reduce the accumulation of heat in rooms with transparent roofing, the material used has to be able to repel as much infrared light as possible. Exolon® UV ClimateControl solid sheets block much of the infrared light and go a long way to lowering temperatures raised by incoming sunlight.
Benefits at a glance:
Much less heat
Good transparency
Excellent weather resistance
Maximum impact strength
Thermally deformable and can be cold bent
Applications:
Barrel vaults and skylights
Roof and cladding structures
Conservatories
Railway platform roof covers, waiting halls and open spaces

Exolon® LED
Whether in the architectural or decorative area of public, commercial or private environments – it ‘s always about creating the perfect combination of function and aesthetics through an ideal lighting arrangement. Depending on the desired effect, wide diffusion or pinpoint highlights might be required – or even both. Concepts for energy-efficient lighting of buildings must take structural factors into account. They demand system solutions that create a uniform unit through efficient light diffusion.
Bright System Solutions
The Exolon® DX product range offers designers the flexibility to showcase challenging lighting concepts easily and systematically: long, narrow ceiling lights, big or small distances between bulb and covering, or the use of a large number of LEDs are the biggest challenges to uniform light diffusion. Brightness, combined with wide or low diffusion of light or anti-glare control – depending on the system design, the specific sheet types guarantee the functions desired.
Comprehensive Lighting Solutions for Bright Spirits.
Exolon® DX Cool
DX Cool is an impressive bright, white, translucent solid sheet with a cool and fresh colour impression – even for switched-off LEDs. DX is one of the first diffuser sheets in the LED coverage field and has already delighted many users. DX Cool is the white diffuser sheet with the highest hiding power and has one matte and one glossy surface.
Exolon® DX Bright
DX Bright is an opal white, translucent solid sheet with a matte and a glossy surface. Added scattering pigments create a balance between light diffusion and penetrability which is 74% for this type. DX Bright boasts the best balance between light transmission and hotspot lamination.
Exolon® DX High
DX High is another opal white, translucent solid sheet with a matte and bright surface. Special diffusion material ensures lower light diffusion than in the DX Bright. Yet it also boasts more targeted lighting and increased translucence of 84%. DX High is the most efficient of our white diffuser sheets with respect to light transmission with sufficient coverage.
