SM2 is a multi-purpose, resilient joint sealant that combines economy and high performance. It is ideal for a wide range of applications where joint movement requires compression and extension in excess of 25%. Because SM2 is a moisture-curing polyether sealant, it is effective in damp, dry or cold climates and is free of solvents and isocyanates. It will not shrink upon curing, bubble on damp surfaces as polyurethanes sealants often do, or discolor when exposed to UV light. SM2 has excellent elastomeric properties and adheres to most construction materials including difficult surfaces such as Kynar 500® PVDF and other anodized metals and coatings. SM2 iseffective in many difficult construction site conditions: It can be applied to damp surfaces at temperatures as low as 32°F (0°C).

Interior Underlayment Systems
Designed with proprietary formulations that maintain the desired fire-resistive, non-shrinking, fast cure qualities of gypsum underlayments, while adding enhanced cementitious properties of high flow, high strength, and abrasion resistance, thus eliminating the negative connotation of “soft, chalky" associated with gypsum products of the past.
Our proprietary formulation brings new innovation to fire-resistive underlayments. While maintaining desired fire-resistive, non-shrinking, fast cure properties of gypsum underlayments, FR25 adds the long desired cementitious properties of high flow, high strength, and abrasion resistance.
Treadstone® FR30P's proprietary formulation provides an efficient, effective solution to projects requiring pre-pours of underlayment between interior walls, and below locations of tubs, shower enclosures and other areas containing appliances installed before the installation of underlayments. Requiring no sand, FR30P gels quickly after pouring, and the slower flow and increased viscosity provide additional protection from potential leaks. FR30P maintains the fire resistive non-shrinking, fast cure properties associated with gypsum underlayments.
Treadstone® TP1 is a Low VOC acrylic primer suitable for priming wood substrates prior to installing Treadstone® fire-rated underlayments and self levelers. TP1 dries quickly and prepares the surface, allowing poured underlayments to positively bond with the subfloor while controlling moisture absorption of the substrate, controlling cracking and decoupling.
Formulated Materials® APS is a Low VOC acrylic primer and sealer that improves the performance of fire-rated underlayments and self-levelers by providing a solid bond to the substrate during installation and increases moisture and abrasion resistance and durability of underlayments and levelers when applied to fully cured surfaces. APS is easy to use and is appropriate for use with both porous and non-porous substrates when applied as a primer

Leveling pins provide a convenient method of marking and maintaining an adequate grid system when pouring levelers to required tolerances. When trimmed to the correct height, these bright yellow pins offer a clear visual indicator for your leveling crews during the pour. Each 3" plastic pin is pre-marked at 1/8" intervals, allowing you to trim each to needed pour depth quickly as you plan for your pour.
Innovative sound attenuating technology in conjunction with TREADSTONE® underlayments provide systems ready to meet the growing focus and demands associated with sound control. Incorporating two types of technology, monofilament and rigid structure.
The mass-spring vibration technology of monofilaments is and has been trusted by the acoustic community. New to the industry, rigid platform technology isolates vibration with its rigid structure that limits contact with the substrate, while allowing loads to pass directly through the underlayment to the subfloor, providing long term acoustic performance.
