The specially designed FlexStep was crafted to lead up to the stage, with a particular emphasis on preserving the unique atmosphere of the music venue. Each step was meticulously planned to ensure it seamlessly integrated into the existing structure while adding an extra layer of accessibility for everyone.

The implementation of FlexStep wasn't just a practical enhancement; it was also an artistic addition to the visual aesthetics of the venue. It became part of the overall stage experience, blending with the surroundings and bringing everyone, regardless of mobility, closer to music and art.

Liftup was contacted by the architect responsible for the old historic building Christiansborg Palace, because he was looking for an integrated solution to provide access to all persons, walking and walking-impaired, for one of the main assembly rooms in the Danish Parliament.

The wide historic staircase 6 steps down to the assembly room was divided with a FlexStep in the middle to create easy access to wheelchair users and walking impaired.

The old floorboard steps were re-used as step inserts and brass handrails were the finishing touch preserving the style and atmosphere in this historic room.

The Danish Parliament, the Folketing, is located in Christiansborg Palace in the heart of Copenhagen city. Members of Parliament use most of the rooms in the building for offices and meeting rooms.

Villa Copenhagen is a five-star hotel centrally located in Copenhagen. The hotel continues the story of the Post and Telegraph Center's head office from 1912 and allowing the past, present and future to come together in an inspiring and playful ambience.

A level difference in the floor to this very beautiful area made the hotel choose to have an EasyLift installed. In Turku, Finland, the old buildings on Kurjenlinna represent a historically valuable significance for the city both in terms of architecture and social history. These old hospital buildings from the late 1800s have undergone a major renovation to business premises and apartments.

The Observatoire de la COte d'Azur is an astronomical observatory located on top of Mount Gros in Nice, France, and at the time of its construction was the highest observatory in the world.

The observatory was built in the late 18th century with Charles Garnier as chief architect and Gustave Eiffel as designer of the main dome. The observatory is a place of science and culture where research is being done in planetology, star physics and gravitational waves.

Under the dome, at the top of the observatory, the large telescope is located 1 meter above floor level and can be accessed from the stairs. To create free access for all, including people with reduced mobility, Liftup's distributor in France, ALMA s.a. was contacted. It turned out that the EasyLift, which is a lifting platform giving access between two levels, was the right solution. When the lift is not in use, it is hidden under the oak floor of the dome and therefore not visible. With this unique solution ALMA s.a. have just been announced as the winner of the award for best elevator in the category Life quality and Accessibility by the committee Federation des Ascenseurs. Aalborg Airport celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2013 with a large expansion of the terminal building. It was also an anniversary for Liftup: This was Liftup Product no 1.000!

Aalborg Airport is the 3rd largest airport in Denmark. In the staff area in the new terminal building wheelchair users and walking-impaired now have the same possibilities of getting their lunch together with the rest of the colleagues in the restaurant.

StairTrainer is a rehabilitation and training aid. If you have an injury it is important to commence your rehabilitation quickly, to give yourself the most chance of regaining as much of your prior mobility and fitness as possible. StairTrainer is a mobile, fully adjustable staircase that is used to support patients in rehabilitation as they learn to use stairs again.

The StairTrainer features a display which shows the current step height setting. This provides extra motivation to the patient to continue with their rehabilitation as they can monitor their progress as the stair height increases. The wheels give the StairTrainer additional flexibility by allowing you to easily relocate it to where you need it. Due to its compact design, the StairTrainer can fit through doorways as narrow as 90 cm.

At the rehabilitation centre at the Northern Neuro Unit located in BrOnderslev, goal-oriented and intensive rehabilitation of patients with moderate or severe brain damage is offered. The centre is one of the rehabilitation facilities for adult patients with acquired brain damage, for example, following a blood clot or a brain haemorrhage, in North Jutland Region.

Through specialised, multi-discipline and intensive rehabilitation, individuals with acquired brain damage can improve their functional abilities and thereby reduce the effects of disabilities and their consequences.

The individual patient's course of treatment is planned in a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team consisting of nurses, social and health assistants, doctors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and, where relevant, speech therapists and neuropsychologists.

In the centre's exercise premises, there is a StairTrainer by Liftup available as one of the tools the centre uses for rehabilitation treatments. In the event of an injury, it is important to get started quickly with rehabilitation so as to create the best conditions for reacquiring the same use of the limbs as before.

A stair trainer can be involved in a course of rehabilitation treatment even at an early stage. The StairTrainer can be set to different levels, starting with a very low step all the way down to 2.5 cm, and gradually increasing the degree of difficulty in tandem with the progress of the rehabilitation process. A secure grip on the handrail on both sides increases the safety of the rehabilitation treatment, while the small plateau at the top is encircled by a handrail so that it is safe to turn round without the fear of falling down a long staircase. The therapist can remain close to the patient the entire time since he/she is never any further away than the other side of the handrail all the way up and onto the plateau and also when the patient turns round to descend again on the way down. Alternatively, the therapist can also stand beside the patient on the rehabilitation stair.

The Raizer M is most suited for use in a private home and it can be operated by anyone. It takes no special skills to operate it, and it cannot be assembled incorrectly. Legs and backrests fit in only where they belong, and clear assembly indicators verify that the parts have been assembled correctly. The chair is operated by means of a crank handle – in an ergonomically correct manner and with no strain on the helper. The lifting process with the crank handle is performed at the pace you can manage. At any time, you can let go of the crank handle and take a break, with no risk that the chair may move.
