Quick-Fit® Clamp Together Ducting
QF® Duct Pipe has a laser welded seam and Quick-Fit (QF) rolled ends for use with QF clamps, allowing quick assembly / disassembly and relocation.
When needed, QF Duct Pipe is available in heavier gauges: 18, 16, 14 and 12 gauge galvanized steel or 18 and 16 gauge stainless steel.

Nordfab's QFS system consists of three parts: Caulking, Gaskets and O-ringsA sealed duct system is largely dependent on the skill and care of the installer, so Nordfab cannot guarantee a 100% leak free system. However, if users consult the technical data (to ensure that our gasket and sealing materials will stand up to the materials being conveyed) and take care in the installation process, this system has proven that it can be ‘Leak Free'.

Installed in ducting as part of a dust collection system, the Nordfab Quick-Fit® In-line Spark Trap 2.0 greatly reduces the possibility of fire in cyclones / collectors by decreasing the number of sparks which could reach the cyclone or collector through the ductwork.
No moving parts and no power required for operation.
Minimal pressure loss
Can quickly and easily be mounted into Quick-Fit ducting systems, or other duct systems with use of a Nordfab adapter, and the trap can easily be removed for cleanout.
For flanged applications, order our Spark Trap AFL Assembly which includes a Spark Trap and two Angle Flange Adapters.
Calibration or other assistance from a factory technician is not required.
