Terra manufactures cleanroom doors for all applications and needs. The hygienic Biosafe® all stainless steel cleanroom door is designed specifically for bio-pharmaceutical and cGMP facilities. It features continuous seam welds and flush-mount windows to simplify cleaning and sterilization. Aluminum cleanroom doors provide a low cost alternative for facilities with less stringent cleanliness requirements. Choose an automatic cleanroom sliding door for high traffic areas. Fire-rated clean room doors are suitable for facilities requiring as much as three hours of fire-protection. Cleanroom doors are available pre-hung to frames for quick and seamless installation.

Nitrogen-purged desiccators maintain low relative humidity levels, down to 0%RH. Terra''s advanced lines of relative humidity control systems automate dry storage to maintain selected set point values automatically and with minimal nitrogen consumption. NitroWatch desiccators provide independent chamber control of humidity, reducing recovery times when doors are opened and protecting the most moisture-sensitive materials.

Biological Safety Cabinets (BSCs) protect operators from hazardous agents within the hood, while safe-guarding internal samples from outside contaminants. Terra offers Class II, Types A2, B2 and C1, as well as Class I enclosures compliant with USP 800 for non-sterile compounding of hazardous drugs. Work stations direct air as single-pass or recirculating, and pressure may be positive or negative, depending on the hood design. In Class II systems, room air is filtered prior to entering the hood, and filtered exhaust is connected to facility vent systems for safe evacuation of hazards.
