7200 Wisconsin Ave. is multi-tenant class A office building that spans 12 floors, and is situated close to the Bethesda metro station and Capital Crescent Trail. Home to every type of business from yoga studio to restaurant, the building includes amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center and a beautiful upgraded plaza with additional landscaping.
The plaza was designed with Artline™ pavers in a Smooth Premier finish to create a modern, linear look that offers long-lasting elegance, thanks to the built in EnduraColor technology. The choice to add some pavers of a darker color creates an eye-catching random design that further welcomes visitors. Raised garden beds, benches and outdoor eating areas complete the warm and inviting look of the outdoor plaza.
The path through the plaza to the main entrance utilizes Umbriano pavers in Midnight sky. The contrasting colors and pavers define the walking areas, and compliment the geometric shapes and sleek lines of the building's architecture.
