HydraTilt hydraulic doors, also known as tip up canopy doors, are custom designed to fit each application. They are self-supporting and offer a wide range of options and modifications.
Features:
Door frames use tracks and permanently mounted rollers to
guide the door open and closed.
Exterior truss system is factory-welded to prevent water intrusion.
Door panels are fabricated from tubing using standard structural
shapes such as “C"s and “Z"s.
Doors are secured to the structure floor with cold roll drop pins.
Placement and quantity vary for each project depending on door size.
Weather seals at the top, bottom and side provide excellent weather protection.
Seals are easily replaceable over time.
Hydraulic devices like pumps, actuators, valves, reservoirs and rams are selected
for safety and designed for each specific project.
Door panels are primed with either red oxide or gray industrial primer,
depending on steel used.
Control panels are watertight and enclosed in NEMA 4 boxes.
Interlocking switches control opening and closing limits.
Warning devices like bells, horns and strobes can be added to notify the area of the
movement of the hangar door.
