Project design services include submittal packages with system online diagrams (or reflected ceiling plan when applicable) showing system components and quantities for all products. SDRAWSYS provides ongoing project management support throughout the installation phase, through to the startup and project acceptance.
Wattstopper on-site services include pre-startup scheduled consultative visits to review items including submittal packages, controller programming, device layout, and configuration. Post-startup visits can be scheduled within the warranty period to provide commissioning assistance, system optimization, and troubleshooting. Post-warranty service visits are available for ongoing optimization of system performance
Technology-Enabled Service Contracts require a RACCESS secure cellular connection and provide continued support of the system post installation. Contracts include secure remote support by Wattstopper's remote operations center, backups of system software, device health checks, scheduled onsite training and system tuning visits, and guaranteed response times for unscheduled emergency visits. Multi-year contracts, 24/7 remote support and next day emergency onsite response time options are available.
