A 26-story, 382,666-square-foot mixed-use building. Retail space, lobby and tenant amenities make up the first floor. A secure parking garage provide 215 spaces on Floors 2-5. Floors 6-25 provided 250 residential units.

Working in tandem with the architectural firm early in the project ensured this project ran smoothly, with no surprises.
