Factory Direct Installation
Because we believe in completing an entire job and leaving nothing to chance, Aeroturn installs all our manufactured products with factory professionals. We've honed our entire installation process and turned it into an artform. Schedules are set by the customer – a typical full lobby installation starts on a Friday after tenants leave and is fully commissioned on Saturday. We leave your site spotless.
The Aeroturn Step-By-Step Installation Process:
Templating the entire lobby with full-size replicas of cabinets and passageways and locating core holes for general contractors and meeting with electrician
Set up anchoring using Aeroturn drill fixtures and proprietary zero-failure studding system
Installing protected product direct from our shop floor delivered with own installation trucks with AeroLift systems that meet OSHA specifications
Removing floor variations with AeroShims to perfectly align cabinets and glass
Providing low voltage AeroCable circuitry that is terminated into connectors to our standard access, interconnect, and desk control terminal blocks
Installing turnstile accessories including Aeroturn desk controls and fixed barrier glass walls
Perform commissioning with the customer and other tradespeople immediately following installation, and training the security staff
