PVC Trims and Accessories
PVC vents for stucco, plaster and modified stucco systems were developed by PLASTIC COMPONENTS, INC. Their purpose is to provide architects and contractors with a rust-free, damage resistant, economical alternative to metal vents. These products are manufactured with high-impact resistant, lead free PVC and conform to ASTM standards D1784 and C1063. All products shall be third party tested to meet ASTM standard D4216-99 and be Canadian Code Compliant. All products are listed by ITS/Warnock Hersey.
Basic Use:
Vents can be applied to ULTRA-LATH®, metal lath, wood base sheathing products, expanded polystyrene, gypsum sheathing, cement sheathing products and any other code approved substrate. They are designed to allow a proper free flow of air, reducing the build-up of uncirculated air in attics or areas that do not have air handling systems. Consult product sheets for air flow guides.
