This non-handed power open, spring close mechanical operator is applicable to interior and exterior doors up to 48" wide and weighing up to 275 pounds. The Tormax TTX 1102 Swing Door Operator incorporates a 1/4+ HP DC motor with reliable rack and pinion mechanics coupled with a programmable microprocessor controller.
